On October 05, 2007 Kazkommerts Invest JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list provided KASE with the copy of notification of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about confirmation of report about offering results of company's shares dated September 7, 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Issue of shares of Kazkommerts Invest JSC was registered by AFS on July 19, 2004 under number A5082. The issue was divided into 630,000 common shares.

According to notification of AFS as of July 31 of 2007, 325,200 shares were offered, and 304,800 shares were not offered.

Authorized capital was formed in size of KZT12,377,724,181.00.
