OREANDA-NEWS. October 5, 2007. Air Company of the Moscow City Government “Atlant - Soyuz” declares Andrei Vladimirovich Kozhanov to be appointed first deputy director general of strategic management and planning.

According to Chairman of the Board of “Atlant - Soyuz” Airline, advisor of the Mayor of Moscow Valery Menitsky, the development strategy being realized for the third year running has shown tangible results – the company has joined five biggest carriers on international air lines and there has started a number of large-scale projects in the field of regional traffic and cargo operations. Mr. Kozhanov’s experience will contribute to further development of the airline’s business as well as adequate reaction to rapidly changing market conditions.

The company is realizing a challenging development strategy and thus to become one of the leaders of this process is an interesting task for any top-manager”, said Andrei Kozhanov, first deputy director general of strategic management and planning of “Atlant - Soyuz” airline.

Within the area of responsibility of Mr. Konazhov will be marketing and sales as well as financial management, strategic planning and external relations. The major task assigned to Mr. Kozhanov by the Board of Directors is the realization of the strategic program of fleet renewal with the parallel expansion of the company’s representation in various segments of the air carriage market.

Before joining “Atlant - Soyuz” Andrei Kozhanov was director general and founder of the company AVK.
