OREANDA-NEWS. System Capital Management, a previous owner of 50% of Asovmash (AZGM), considers now engineering assets as a nonspecialized activity. Experts of Millennium Capital, a financial services provider,  believe that after the deal with Azovmash the company's other engineering assets such as Donetskgormash < DGRM UZ USD0.29 NR > and Druzhkivsky Engineering Plant < DRMZ UZ USD0.48 NR > may also be sold. The analysts do not expect that a change of owner will result in significant changes in AZGM's activity.
