OREANDA-NEWS. On October 02, 2007 OAO Novosibirskenergo was awarded a diploma of the Leaders of 2007 contest, which was organized by the Leaders of the Region Information & Research Association, reported the press-centre of OAO Novosibirskenergo.

The competition was held among the major production companies of the metallurgical and power supply industries, as well as the companies operating on the architectural design market. The event was aimed at identification of economy leaders and presentation of successes and achievements of the participating companies in the current year.

Novosibirskenergo received its prize in the category “Company's Image—Image of the City” for the contribution of the power supply leader to the region’s development, as well as for its support of sports and talented young people.
