On October 04, 2007 Centras Securities JSC (Almaty), being the member of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) of "E", "?" and "I" categories had spread the press-release dated September 18, 2007 about coordination by Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) of members of company's Board, reported the press-centre of KASE:

On August 22, 2007 Commission for determination of candidates' conformity for posts of managerial workers of financial organizations of Agency of RK for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations had coordinated the next managerial workers of Centras Securities JSC:

- Balgarin E.E. to the post of Chairman of Board of Centras Securities JSC;

- Konysbayev I.K. to the post of Deputy Chairman of Board - Member of Board of Centras Securities JSC;

- Tiyesova A.M. to the post of Deputy Chairman of Board - Member of Board - Senior Accountant of Centras Securites JSC

Additionally on September 6, 2007 by the commission was coordinated the andidature of Sundetov T.R. to teh post of Member of Board and Managing Director.
