“Using the remote access systems makes it possible for clients to obtain necessary financial information and to manage their banking accounts in an efficient manner, and even to perform payments. By means of such systems the users have all-hours and any-day access to banking financial resources and to up-to-date financial information”, said Vladlen Dyedkov, Head of SME Department, JSCIB “UkrSibbank”.

Using the remote access systems a client may have a real-time contact with account manager and carry out quick messaging with the Bank and other users. The system comprises a data archive, it being a source for receiving financial information to date and a function of document searching. Alongside with high functionality, availability and security the remote access systems Internet-banking and Client-Bank are up-and-coming banking products as they provide a significant time-saving benefit of not visiting the branches in person.
