OREANDA-NEWS. As of October 1, 2007, JSC VTB Bank's net profit amounted to RUR 10.6 billion, which is an almost 10% increase against the previous year, VTB's press service announced. Specifically, VTB branches' contribution to net profit reached 78% as compared to 68% in 2006, reflecting higher effectiveness of VTB regional business.
