OREANDA-NEWS. On October 02, 2007 KOSTANAY MINERALS JSC (Kostanay region, further - company), whose bonds are traded in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has informed KASE that at on November 2 of 2007 at 3:00 p.m. the special general shareholders meeting would be held with the next agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- choosing the auditing organization for audit of company's activities;

- about inclusion of changes in company's charter.

Place of meeting holding: 67, Lenina st., Zhetikara city, Kostanay region.

List of shareholders, who have the right to participate in the meeting, will be made as of October 22 of 2007 on the basis of data of securities holders register system.

In case the quorum is absent the repeated meeting will be held on November 3 of 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the same address.
