OREANDA-NEWS. On October 03, 2007 the Gazprom Headquarters has hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee and Yury Boiko, Fuel and Energy Minister of Ukraine, reported the press-centre of Gazprom.

The parties discussed wide range of issues related to strategic cooperation in the oil and gas sector. The parties particularly examined issues relevant to the current indebtedness of Ukraine’s economic entities for gas deliveries in 2007. The meeting agreed that the Ukrainian Government will take control of solving said problem in the aim of paying accounts for gas delivered until November 1, 2007.
