OREANDA-NEWS. October 2, 2007. OJSC VolgaTelecom invites open tender for selecting a credit institution to conclude the contracts of establishing nonrevolving credit line.
Credit institution will be selected for three lots:

Lot № 1. Establishing nonrevolving credit line with the credit ceiling of RUR 600 000 000 for the period of 3 years to finance VolgaTelecom’s investment activities;
Lot № 2. Establishing nonrevolving credit line with the credit ceiling of RUR 800 000 000 for the period of 5 years to finance VolgaTelecom’s investment activities;
Lot № 3. Establishing nonrevolving credit line with the credit ceiling of RUR 750 000 000 for the period of 5 years to finance VolgaTelecom’s investment activities.

Credit institutions (irrespective of incorporation form, form of ownership, location and place of origin of capital) are invited to the tender to render financial services of concluding contracts of credit extension.

Offers for the open tender are accepted before October 26, 2007 and will be examined by the tender committee on October 30, 2007. The tender's results will be summarized on November 1, 2007.
