In accordance with the order of OJSC VolgaTelecom General Director Oleg Ershov is appointed the first deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company – OJSC VolgaTelecom commercial director. Earlier Oleg Ershov held the office of deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company – OJSC VolgaTelecom commercial director.

ERSHOV Oleg Vladimirovich was bourn in 1977. In 1999 he graduated from Nizhegorodskyi commercial institute, specialty – “Commerce”. Oleg Ershov is in communications industry since 1998 – at first as a manager, then head of section, marketing and commercial director of ZAO Nizhegorodskaya Sotovaya Svyaz.
Since 2005 and to the present time he held the office of deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company – OJSC VolgaTelecom commercial director.

Since October 1, 2007 Oleg Ershov has taken the office of the first deputy to the General Director of the joint-stock company – OJSC VolgaTelecom commercial director.
