OREANDA-NEWS. October 2, 2007. OJSC VolgaTelecom invites open tender for selecting a leasing company to conclude the contract of finance lease of Siemens telecommunications equipment with NGN functions (elements).

The leasing company will be selected for four lots:

Lot № 1. Conclusion of contract of finance lease of Siemens telecommunications equipment with NGN functions (elements) for OJSC VolgaTelecom Penza regional subsidiary at the cost of Euro 2 650 991,68 (Two million six hundred fifty thousand and nine hundred ninety one Euro and 68 cents) with further transfer of the equipment to the lessee.
Lot № 2. Conclusion of contract of finance lease of Siemens telecommunications equipment with NGN functions (elements) for OJSC VolgaTelecom Samara regional subsidiary at the cost of Euro 3 796 125,85 (Three million seven hundred ninety six thousand and one hundred twenty five Euro and 85 cents) with further transfer of the equipment to the lessee.
Lot № 3. Conclusion of contract of finance lease of Siemens telecommunications equipment with NGN functions (elements) for OJSC VolgaTelecom Udmurtia Republic regional subsidiary at the cost of Euro 3 709 856,48 (Three million seven hundred nine thousand and eight hundred fifty six Euro and 48 cents) with further transfer of the equipment to the lessee.
Lot № 4. Conclusion of contract of finance lease of Siemens telecommunications equipment with NGN functions (elements) for OJSC VolgaTelecom Chuvashia Republic regional subsidiary at the cost of Euro 3 160 389,47 (Three million one hundred sixty thousand and three hundred eighty nine Euro and 47 cents) with further transfer of the equipment to the lessee.

Leasing companies, irrespective of incorporation form, form of ownership, location and place of origin of capital and meeting the declared requirements, are invited to the tender.

Bids for the open tender are accepted before October 25, 2007 and will be examined by the tender committee on October 29, 2007. The tender's results will be summarized on October 31, 2007. The bids are to be sent to: General directorate, OJSC VolgaTelecom, Dom Svyazi, M.Gorky square, Nizhny Novgorod city, 603000.
