OREANDA-NEWS. The Central Bank of the Russian Federation has registered additional share issue of LOCKO-Bank for the total amount of RUR 600,000 thousand that increased LOCKO-Bank’s share capital up to RUR 2,000,000 thousand. The existing owners acquired pro rata portions of these newly-issued additional shares equal to the relative percentage of shares owned prior to the issuance. Several beneficial owners became shareholders of the Bank while the structure of beneficial ownership remained unchanged. The shares were paid for and registered with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
