On September 27 had taken p[lace the deal between ATFBank JSC and European concern ALLIANZ SE for selling of 100%-ge shareholding of daughter organization of ATFBank JSC - Insurance company ATF Polis JSC.

Yesterday had finished the deal between largest insurance concern ALLIANZ SE and ATFBank JSC for selling of 100%-ge shareholding of IC ATF Polis JSC, sum of deal made $30 m. ALLIANZ SE is the largest insurance concern in Europe, has its representatives all over Europe, and also in Russia and Ukraine.

Entering to the market of Kazakhstan of the German insurance concern ALLIANZ SE is caused by dynamical development of country's economy and also financial services market. It should be noted that earlier in Kazakhstan were not held insurance deals with companies of European level. ALLIANZ SE gives IC ATF Polis the new impulse of development and strengthen the positions of insurer on Kazakhstan market. Our banks will continue the partnership and cooperation with ATF Polis on the basis of agreement between our companies", - commented the Chairman of Board of ATFBank JSC Talgat Kuanyshev.
