OREANDA-NEWS. In August the KAMAZ group broke through the important commercial and psychological barriers having launched marketable products for over 8 billion rubles and realized more than 5 thousand trucks on the market for the first time, reported the press-centre of KAMAZ.

Since the beginning of the year there were realized marketable products for 53,749 billion rubles (+28,4% to the same period of 2006, in comparable prices), including:

- 33827 trucks (+27,1%);
- 40777 engines and power units (+25,0%);
- spare parts for 6,329 billion rubles (+22,6%);
- diversification products for 6,148 billion rubles (+36,8%).

In addition, there were rendered services for 2 billion 597 million rubles.

There were realized almost 24600 trucks via the dealer network and direct deliveries to the large corporate clients (+24,3% to January – August 2006). The foreign customers received over 9200 vehicles (+35,0%). About 1082 KAMAZ automobiles were modernized and underwent capital repair.

For eight months 2621 units of the basic production – trucks, buses and trailer equipment – were leased or delivered with payment by installments. The group of KAMAZ Inc. leased 772 NEFAZ buses on the basis of the special KAMAZ chassis.

The largest daughter enterprises of KAMAZ Inc. outside Tatarstan have the same stable results:
- “Avtopritsep-KAMAZ” Inc. (Stavropol) improves production volumes as compared with the last year results by 19,1%;
- “NEFAZ” Inc. (Neftekamsk) – by 31,6%;
- “Tuimazy Concrete Delivery Truck Works” Inc. – by 70,5%.
