OREANDA-NEWS. Ukrsotsbank is going to increase the authorized capital to UAH 500 million in 2008. According to the USB Chairman, Borys Tymonkin, the Bank management is going to submit for shareholders' consideration plans to increase its authorized capital in 2008 in the amount of UAH 500 million, reported the press-centre of Ukrsotsbank.

As previously reported, Kyiv State Administration in Holosiivsky raion held the state registration of Commercial Bank for Social Development “Ukrsotsbank” Charter redraft. The National Bank of Ukraine effected entry to the state register of banks. Therefore, JSCB “Ukrsotsbank” authorized capital makes UAH 1,020 billion, as of August 23, 2007.

According to Ukrsotsbank Chairman, Borys Tymonkin, the authorized capital increase to UAH 1,020 billion with the regard to which the Bank capital will make UAH 3 billion in the nearest future, would allow the dynamic growth of granting loans.
