OREANDA-NEWS. Dnepropetrovsk Kominterna Steelworks' (Kominmet, DMZK) shareholders voted for a new capital issue at the AGM on September 26, Millennium Capital, a finance services provider, disclosed. The charter fund is to be raised by 24.5% to USD 9.875 mln by issuing 39.256 mln of new ordinary shares with the USD0.05 par value. The subscription will take place in two stages on December 17-20  and December 21, 2007, respectively.

The capital issue is aimed at an increase of working capital.This is the second DMZK equity issue this year. In July 2007, the company increased its charter fund from USD 1.556 mln to USD 7.932 mln.
