On September 27, 2007 Kazexportastyk JSC (Astana), bonds of which are traded in the Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list provided KASE with the copy of protocol of special general shareholders' meeting of the company dated August 6, 2007, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the provided document, the company's shareholders accepted the decision of electing Mr. T.S. Shaymergenov in the staff of Board of directors.

In addition to that, the company provided the copy of protocol of Board of directors meeting dated August 6, 2007 where it was decided to stop the authorities of Mr. E.S. Esenkulov as a general director ahead of schedule, and to elect Mr. I.V. Ermolenko to that position.
