Golden Telecom, Inc. , a provider of integrated telecommunications and Internet services in the largest population centers throughout Russia and other countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States ( CIS ), announces the launch of the new  800-number  service in the 8-800-700-XXXX format, the company's press-service informed.

This new service will enable Golden Telecom's to offer its corporate clients toll free 800-number  calls to their customers. Any call from the Public Switched Telephone Network ( PSTN ) or the mobile networks throughout the Russian Federation are paid by the corporate  800-number holder.

Golden Telecom offers telephony, data transfer and Internet access services to corporations, operators and private individuals through its existing networks in large cities, including Moscow, Kiev, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Kaliningrad, Krasnoyarsk, Almaty and Tashkent, as well as through rented channels and fiber-optic and satellite communications networks, including roughly 293 combined access points in Russia and other CIS countries.
