OREANDA-NEWS. Ceremonial opening of the new medical-diagnostic center took place in Tula for treatment and rehabilitation of children with ICP and other diseases of the nervous system, constructed on the basis of regional children's psychoneurological sanatorium " Youth ". The governor of the Tula area Vyacheslav Dudka, the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, a member of fraction " United Russia ", the founder of Welfare fund Zubitskiy - Boris Zubitsky, - representatives of the regional and city administration, builders, suppliers of the equipment, the medical personnel, small patients and their parents have taken part in the ceremonial opening. As the governor Vyacheslav Dudka has noted in his speech, new sanatorium " Youth " is an evident and convincing demonstration of how one of the priority national problems in Tula by our president Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin is being realized: qualitatively improve a condition of medical services of the population.

The governor has expressed gratitude to Boris Zubitskiy for the invaluable contribution to development of children's health and care of rising generation. Besides the governor of region has noted, that for the Tula area the charitable help in such scale is an unprecedented example: the Tula regional welfare fund " Welfare fund of Zubitskiy " has allocated 300 million roubles for erection of a five-floor building and its equipment with the newest medical facilities. Boris Zubitsky, in turn, has expressed sincere gratitude for the work done to engineers, builders and suppliers of the medical equipment - to everyone who actively promoted construction of new medical and diagnostic center in Tula.

 Today it is a durable and cozy building which is important for treatment of sick children. After the symbolical key was handed to the head physician of sanatorium Larissa Tsarkovoj, governor Vyacheslav Dudka and the deputy of the State Duma Boris Zubitsky ceremonially cut the red ribbon and inspected the new building of sanatorium. Modern finishing materials, the fine furniture, the excellent design and the newest medical equipment - all this left the most pleasant impression in visitors’ minds. After excursion around the building the governor and the patron signed the Agreement of the donation of this sanatorium. Vyacheslav Dudka and Boris Zubitskiy, having put the signatures under this document, confirmed that this center becomes a regional property.
