OREANDA-NEWS. On September 26, 2007 AZIA SAKHAR JSC (Almaty), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list, provided KASE with the copy of protocol of meeting of board of directors dated June 29, 2007, reported the press-centre of  KASE.

According to the provided document by company's Board of directors was accepted the decision about making of big deal with Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), and exactly about inclusion of company as co-borrower on credit agreement between Bank CenterCredit JSC and INTERSUGAR LLP (Almaty) and increasing of sum of acting limit of crediting on mentioned credit agreement to 25,0 m. US dollars and term of credit by 12 months.
