OREANDA-NEWS. On September 25, 2007 Sistema (LSE: SSA), the largest private sector consumer services company in Russia and the CIS, announced the commencement of trading in its shares on the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) following their inclusion in the "B" list under the symbol "AFKS" with effect from today, reported the press-centre of Sistema.

Since November 2004, Sistema's shares have been listed on the Russian Trading System (RTS) and the Moscow Stock Exchange (MSE). In February 2005, the Company's shares were listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Alexander Goncharuk, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented: "The listing of Sistema shares on MICEX, which counts approximately 400,000 investors among its clients, is the next logical step for our Company in broadening our investor base.
