OREANDA-NEWS. Paying a visit to Baku, the World Bank executive director Michelle Mordasini called on the National Bank of Azerbaijan, the bank's information division reported. Some issues were debated there during a meeting held with the participation of the first deputy chairman of the Management Board of the National Bank Alim Quliyev.

An exchange of views on the collaboration perspectives between the World Bank and Azerbaijan, the real situation with credits provided to Azerbaijan for various projects by the World Bank entities, the International Development Association, the International Finance Corporation and the International Reconstruction and Development Bank, as well as last economic events and vistas for the future have been discussed at the meeting.
