OREANDA-NEWS. A regular meeting of the Gazprom Board of Directors will take place on September 28. The Board of Directors' meeting agenda includes the following items:

a) updating of the general scheme for the gas infrastructure development during the period until 2030 due to the general scheme of allocating the power generation facilities in the period until 2020 taken as a basis by the government of the Russian Federation; b) consolidation of the Gazprom gas transportation assets abroad; c) establishment of a venture fund for innovative technologies.

The meeting will also address other issues falling under the authority of the Gazprom Board of Directors.
