OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2007. The Novy-Urengoj agency of ROSNO’s Yamalo-Nenets branch and Gazprom Drilling Company Ltd. have concluded a comprehensive insurance contract covering liability for the damage inflicted in course of operating hazardous industrial objects.

The insurance contract covers property interests related to the insurant’s obligation to reimburse any damage inflicted to third parties as result of a breakdown or other incident that may occur at the hazardous industrial objects operated by the insurant.

The contract also provides insurance coverage of life and working ability of the company’s personnel against the following risks: partial or full loss of working ability with establishment of the 1st, 2nd or 3rd disability groups; or death caused by an accident at the hazardous industrial object.

The aggregate insurance amount is 84,100,000 roubles.
