OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2007. Marij-El-ROSNO-МS, a branch of OJSC ROSNO-МS, has launched an advisory hotline service. By dialing the service’s Yoshkar-Ola phone number, all residents of the Marij-El Republic holding ROSNO-МS obligatory medical insurance policies will be able to obtain 24-hour information regarding their rights as OMI policyholders and the working hours of the republican medical treatment and preventive care institutions.

The new service also provides advice on the procedure for rendering medical insurance services to the patients.

"The advisory hotline service launched by the branch Marij-El-ROSNO-МS is to be followed by the similar services in other regions throughout the Russian Federation, in accordance with the regional service network concept presently being implemented by ROSNO-МS. Ulyanovsk Region will be the next location to launch such service", said Mr. Yury Bondarev, Deputy General Director of ROSNO-МS.
