OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2007. In the framework of the Fourth International Investment Forum “Sochi 2007” the State Corporation “The Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)” signed a Memorandum on Cooperation in carrying out the project aimed at deposit development and industrial facilities construction in the Republic of Buryatia and the Chita region.

The Agreement was signed by Vnesheconombank Chairman Vladimir Dmitriev and Invstment Finance Company Metropol General Director Mikhail Slipenchuk.
