OREANDA-NEWS. September 21, 2007. Mr. Potapov graduated from Ivanov State Power University with a degree in “Heat-Power Engineering” and “Economic Management”.

Before taking up a position at JSC “IDGC of the Centre” he was Deputy Head of Economic Planning Management, Head of the Tariff and Pricing Office at JSC “Yarenergo” (operating under JSC “IDGC of the Centre”). Since July 2006 till February 2007 was in charge of the Tariff and Pricing Office at JSC “TGC - 2”.

As the Head of the Tariff Setting Department at IDGC -1 Vasily Potapov will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Company’s pricing policy.

Vasily Potapov is 28 years old, married.
