One of the major achievements in the framework of cost optimization program, which is being carried out by PAVA Group of companies, is an expenses decrease for production of 1 tonne of wheat by 30 percent, the PAVA press center reports. The decrease was achieved by introduction of new engineering solutions, accounting and control system and purchase of energy-efficient equipment, the company said.

OJSC "Pava" (before June 2005 the company was known as OJSC "Agro-Industrial Company "Khleb Altaya") is one of the five largest operators on the Russian grain and grain processing market. The company's share in overall flour production in Russia is 3%.
