OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2007. Russian Railways OJSC is looking for strategic partner for the elaboration of new models of wagons and locomotives, which are necessary for the Russian railway machine-building.

Vladimir Pashkevich First Deputy Chief of OAO RZD’s Department of Passenger Wagons Repair (“Vagonremmash”) said it during the round table “Advanced Technologies of Railway Machine-building” which was held in the framework of the international salon EXPO 1520.

“The main priority for “Vagonremmash” is the prospective construction of passenger double-deck wagons”, V.Pashkevich noted.
