OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2007. As far as we know, shareholders of JSC “Sverdlovenergo” delegated their powers of chief executive body “Multiregional distribution network company of Ural”. For the present moment position od general director of JSC “Sverdlovenergo” is abolished. For this reason there was conducted a meeting between general director of JSC “MRSK of Ural” Alexei Bobrov and management group of Sverdlovenergo. Mikhail Dralin, former general director of Sverdlovenergo who was working in this position for half of year, was added to personnel reserve of Federal network company. During the meeting Alexei Bobrov pointed out that M.Dralin succeeded in his work as general director and prepared the company to be reorganized. A.Bobrov also stated that he is going to take two positions now – general director of JSC “MRSK of Ural” and executive director of JSC “Sverdlovenergo”.

Talking about other changes which should take place, A.Bobrov said that in the result of reorganization of multiregional distributive network companies on the territory of Ural, there will be created sole operational company which will unite power network companies in Sverdlovsk, Kurgansk, Chelyabinsk regions and Perm krai.

The companies JSC “Sverdlovenergo”, JSC “Permenergo”, JSC “Chelyabenergo” and JSC “Kurganenergo” will loose their legal independence and become subdivisions of JSC “MRSK of Ural”. There is not planned any industrial staff reduction – was said by Alexei Bobrov, - It’s clear that all corporative changes are kind of stress for employees. That’s why I want to emphasize that there will not be any reduction of industrial personnel (about 90% from all employees). Besides all social obligations bearing by the companies will be executed. All signed labor contracts are not going to be terminated. We are very serious about this situation: there are not so many good professional on the market and we are not going to loose them”.
