OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2007. OJSC Bank “Saint Petersburg” held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, which approved the amendments made to the Bank’s Charter, Regulation of the Supervisory Council and Regulation of the Management Board.

The said amendments are connected with the necessity to bring the Bank’s by-laws in compliance with the recommendations of the Federal Service of Financial Markets and to raise the quality of corporate governance.
