OREANDA-NEWS. September 20, 2007. A special meeting of shareholders of OJSC Oil and Gas Company “Russneft” has been held in Moscow today. The meeting has elected the new Board of Directors of the holding. Korsik Alexander Leonidovich has been elected the Chairman of the Board of Directors has Korsik Alexander Leonidovich was born on June 23, 1956. In 1979 he graduated with honors from Moscow Technological Academy named after N.V.Bauman. In 1971-1995 he was holding a position in state service. In 1995 he was appointed Deputy General Director of “Komi TEK – Moscow”. From 1997 through to 2005 A.L.Korsik was working at OC “Sibneft” as the Chief of Strategy Department, in 1999 he was appointed First Vice President of the company. January-October 2006 – deputy Chairman of the Board of the bank “Renaissance-Capital”. October 2006 – September 2007 – President of the group of companies “ITERA”. The following persons have also been elected members of the Board of Directors of Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft”: Dekatris Kristalla, Mauntis george, Georgiades Evelyn, Georgiades Alexandros.
