OREANDA-NEWS. The board of management of JSC "Belagroprombank" has approved the program of the bank participation in the development of agro-ecotourism in the Republic of Belarus. This program is aimed at provision of maximum level of activity coordination with support of subjects of agro-ecotourism between JSC "Belagroprombank", interested republican organs of government, local executive and administrative organs, public associations, representing interests of agro-ecotourism.

Together with informational and methodological support the program of participation of JSC "Belagroprombank" in the development of agro-ecotourism in the Republic of Belarus aimed at credit support to farms and natural persons, performing activity in the sphere of agro-ecotourism service.

The main conditions of bank credit granting: currency of crediting - Belarusian rubles, interest rate - 5 per cent per annum, the amount of a credit - not more than 90 per cent from the cost of the project.

Maximum size of a credit amounts to:

- for natural persons - under the condition of crediting in cash - not more than 750 basis quantities, by credit granting in cashless order - not more than 2000 basis quantities;

- for farms - based on financial state of recipient of a credit, turnovers on current bank account, but not more than 2000 basis quantities, determined by the legislation on the day of applying for the credit, under the stipulation that, total amount of credits, given by the bank before, and required credit doesn't exceed 7500 basis quantities.

Credit can be granted at a time or in part within maximum rate (limit) of total amount of resources (credit) if the credit line is in operation.

The term of credit granting amounts to:

- for natural persons - up to 7 years with delay of repayment of main credit debt for 12 months;

- for farms - based on terms of recoupment of the project, but not more than 5 years with delay of repayment of main credit debt for 12 months.
