OREANDA-NEWS. September 19, 2007.  Torgoviy Kvartal is pleased to announce the key appointment in August  2007. Svetlana Kouzmina was appointed Director of the Consulting Department.  She will be responsible for the retail marketing research, development of architectural concepts, financial and investment analysis and business-planning for internal and external projects of Torgoviy Kvartal.

Prior to joining Torgoviy Kvartal Svetlana held the position as Director of Research Department of RTM Development where she was dealing with the analysis of socio-economic situation and retail segment of the real estate market in the regions of Russia.  Before Ms. Kouzmina worked as a financial analyst in Paul's Yard Realty and as a financial manager of  MCD Group, where she was responsible for long-term planning of the investment projects, development of the optimized financial models, attracting finance into development projects. In 2002 – 2003 Svetlana was working in Universal Management and Consulting Company.

In 2002 Svetlana Kouzmina graduated from State Management University majoring in financial management.

She is the candidate for the degree of CCIM member, and since June 2007 - a certified real estate manager (CPM).
