OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2007. Rosgosstrakh-Povolzhye has won a tender of VolgaTelecom. The company will issue kasko insurance for 107 vehicles of VolgaTelecom. The company's total insurance sum will come in at about RUR65mln.
