Belon Group Publishes New Approach to Personnel Training
OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2007. Belon Group is launching a new comprehensive program of personnel training. It is aimed at achievement of the Company’s strategic goals, and integrates the world-best practices in human resources management.
The goals of this corporate project include gaining leadership in industrial safety, enhancing Belon Group's financial and operational efficiency, and developing a system of knowledge exchange within the Company.
The system of personnel development includes three courses: Top Manager of Belon Group, Manager of Belon Group, and Intra-group Development.
The first two programs will consist in a special training course for different levels of management in the management company and the subdivisions and enterprises of Belon Group which are based in Kuzbass. The curriculum of the course is now being developed by the specialists of Asia Consulting Group in accordance with the needs of the company personnel for knowledge and skills acquisition. The specialists are expected to present their developments to Belon’s management in early October.
In the framework of the Intra-group Development program, a system of coaching is being introduced. This will help the company specialists to use and to improve their professional expertise. In addition, the program implies formation of a personnel reserve to be made up out of the most promising employees.
Furthermore, Belon is working on establishment of a corporate training center which will provide training by both outsourced specialists and internal corporate trainers. All those willing will have an opportunity to get distanced training at the corporate intranet development Web portal.
In parallel with that, Belon Group is launching an advanced system of new employees’ adaptation which allows fast professional and psychological adaptation of newcomers in the Company.
In accordance with the plans of Belon Group, the project will have been fully implemented by the end of 2009.
