OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2007. The subsystem of business recording of information resources management corporate system (IRMCS) has been put into operation as a pilot product at JSC “Tvernenergo”.

The major project on IRMCS implementation at the DGCs of JSC “IDGC of the Center” service area has been in operation since 2006 and is aimed  at setting up a unified tool for mainstream business resources management, standardization of processes at DGCs, implementation of advanced production management practices, support of power company development trends.  Presently, the subsystem of business recording is being successfully applied in JSC “Tambovenergo” and JSC “Belgorodenergo”, and is used in a pilot production regime in JSC “Kostromaenergo”. The subsystem will be applied in other DGCs of JSC “IDGC of the Center” service area by the end of the year.

Presently, staff training on the implementation of all IRMCS modules is being completed in JSC “Tverenergo”. Training of power users in FI (financial accounting), FS-CML (relieved credits and loans management), CO (management accounts), HR (human resource management), MM (material management), PM (technical management and equipment repair management), IS-U (power transport services management) modules continues.

Sergei Elkin, the Managing Director of JSC “Tverenergo”, said that SAP R3-based IRMCS is the perfect business process management system for regional companies, which will allow to unify the activities of all DGCs of the JSC “IDGC of the Center” service area.
