OREANDA-NEWS. According to RusSEZ' press-service, A. A. Alpatov, deputy head of RusSEZ (Federal Agency for Management of Special Economic Zones)  took part in the work of an international conference of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) organization's  member-countries. A. A. Alpatov spoke at the conference with a report. A special attention was paid by him to the development of tourist-and-recreational special economic zone in the Krasnodar Region.

The conference was held September 13-15, 2007 in Gelendjik of the Krasnodar region.
