OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2007. ROSNO’s Tula branch has insured the Student Arrears Monument opened in Tula in early September. This monument has been made and insured by the non-commercial partnership "Poligraficheskaya Tula". The contractual insurance amount is 250,000 roubles.

The monument has been insured against the following risks: fire, lightning stroke, explosion, aircraft impact, volcanic eruption, soil subsidence, mudslide, landslide, avalanche, and deliberate third-party actions aimed at damaging the insured property.

This bronze monument, featuring a lizard with blanked-off tail on the granite pedestal, 2m high and weighing 10 kg, has been dedicated to the students lagging behind the schedule with their examinations. In just a week after opening of the monument, students have got an omen: those who touch this lizard monument will pass their examinations successfully. The monument has been installed near the Tula State Polytechnic University on the Lenin Avenue. The solemn opening was attended by the Tula Region Governor, rectors of the leading Tula-based colleges and the head of ROSNO’s Tula branch.
