OREANDA-NEWS. According to System Capital Management's press-service, as a step of SCM Group business restructuring programme, SCM had transferred its 24.9802% shareholding of Avdeyevka Coke and Chemical Plant to Metalukr Holding Limited (Cyprus).

Metalukr Holding Limited constitutes a part of Metinvest Group which consolidates mining and metal companies of SCM Group and controls over 50% of the authorized capital of Metalukr Holding Limited.As the General Director of SCM Oleg Popov was quoted as saying, “SCM development strategy aims at creation of strong diversified business. We consistently implement the strategic reorganization plan and transfer corporate rights of SCM companies to our industrial holdings. The objective of such transfer of corporate rights within SCM is to improve transparency of our business, make it more understandable for investors, partners, employees.”

Avdeyevka Coke and Chemical Plant is a constituent of Metinvest Group – a group of mining and metalware companies of SCM Group. The managing company for Metinvest Group is Metinvest Holding.
