OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2007. This was claimed by General Director of the power holding I.Sh.Fardiev at the meeting for prospects of development of power engineering business of this municipal formation.

In discussing the issue were participating the head of municipal formation of " settlement of town type Kamskie Polyany" Igor Privalov, managers of Nizgnekamski grids of JSC "Grid Company", "Zhylenergoservis, LTD", "Komservis-Teploenergetik, LTD" and businessmen.

Prior to meeting the attendants reviewed transformer substations 110/35/6 kV "Atomstroy-1", 35/6 kV "Atomstroy-2" and 110/10 kV "Zhylposelok". In Kamskie Polyany there is a whole lot of the free power capacities. Transformers of the substations are loaded just by 1 - 6 %. Only in this settlement the energy consumption grows at this fast rate.

Mangers of the power holding in Kamskie Polyany also reviewed the in-house grids, serviced since 2005 by "Zhylenergoservis, LTD". In then settlement the program "Lighted Entrance " is realized, the electric boards are repaired and over 1,000 in-house electricity meters were replaced. As a result of the works the total house load reduced twice. Thus the meter installation is favorable for KamPolyany residents.

Discussing the prospects of power engineering development of Kamskie Polyany continued at the "round table". The head of municipal formation " settlement of town type Kamskie Polyany" Igor Privalov informed the guests about realized on its territory projects. Today Tatarstan and Russian entrepreneurs are active and consider the prospect of location the operations on the settlement territory. To date in Kamskie Polyany there is a big thermal plant, at which of 6 boilers only one works, and the water intake loaded by 16% of capacity. In total with many free capacities this makes the municipal formation attractive for business. Big Russian investment company already purchased 134 hectare of land on the lower site and will build there the factory for production of cell concrete. Other offers exist, that’s why the businessman attended the meeting.

Head of municipal formation defined basic problems of power supply to Kamskie Polyany, and emphasized that to efficiently develop the investment attractiveness only possible with support of the major power engineering Company of Republic.

General Director of JSC "Tatenergo" Ilshat Fardiev, his Deputy– Technical Director of "Tatenergo" Ilgizar Gaifullin and managers of the holding discussed the issues and told about the solutions proposed for enhancing electricity supply to Kamskie Polyany. The vital decision by the head of power company to free for three years form payment to grids of JSC "Tatenergo" of the newly-built on the territory of municipal formation objects. "This will be a big support for Kamskie Polyany, the site will develop fast", – said Ilshat Fardiev.

The decision was made to replace the aerial lines with the cable networks in the gambling area neighboring the site of the Ice Palace and maidan where the residenst celebrate the holidays For reconstruction and upgrading of electricity supply to Kamskie Polyany applying the latest technologies is planned to allocate several million rubles.

Over 120 million rubles "Tatenergo" is ready to invest in enhancing the reliable electricity supply to residential sector of the settlement with development of low storey building g construction. The target funds will be invested in upgrading the in-house grids in KamPolyany houses, enhancing the reliability of relay protections and substation automatics. At the meeting the solution about transfer of grids owned by municipal property, to use by the GUP "Electrical Grids" with further transfer to JSC "Grid Company".
