OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2007. A diploma and medal-giving ceremony was organized within the framework of the Issyk Kul Kyrgyzstan-Russia Business Forum to mark distinguished services in development of business cooperation between EurAsEC countries. President of the Russian Financial and Industrial Group Association Oleg Soskovets delivered a diploma and a silver medal to IES-Holding representatives.

The Issyk Kul Kyrgyzstan-Russia Business Forum was held from 6 to 9 September, 2007. It considered development of Russian-Kyrgyz investment cooperation and discussed vital issues of economic and business activities in the territory of Kyrgyzstan. The Russian delegation was headed by EurAsEC General Secretary Grigory Rapota. The Forum was also attended by Chairman of the Executive Board of EurAsEC Business Council Association Evgeny Tarlo, Chairman of the Executive Board of Eurasian Development Bank Igor Finogenov, President of Rinko Group of Companies Vitaly Mashchitsky, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of RAO UES of Russia Leonid Drachevsky, Head of Vnesheconombank Investment Transaction Department Petr Fradkov and others.
