OREANDA-NEWS. September 14, 2007. In Kstovo (the Nizhni Nivgorod region) it is planned to build an industrial center which will include 3 warehouses of A-class of the 180 thousand sq m total area, the head of  the warehousing and production facilities department of Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko (the leasing agent of this complex).

The building will be realized by Kstovo Industrial Park. The Investors are Amstar Global Partners and Griffin 2 Capital Business Partners.

It is scheduled to begin the building in the end of the current year. The first stage of the complex will be put into operation in the third quarter 2008. It is planned to complete the building in 2010.

The investment volume will total about $144 mn.
