OREANDA-NEWS. LUKoil will sell 2 tankers for $75 mn in March 2008, reports Oil of Russia quoting the materials of the company.

Earlier it was said that the company planned to have closed the deal before July 2007.

It should be pointed out that the company decided to sell 10 arctic tankers (“Sait-Petersburg”, “Maikop”, “Murmansk”, “Volgograd”, “Perm”, “Astrakhan”, “Magas”, “Kaliningrad”, “Saratov”, “Usinsk”) in December 2005. In May 2006 8 tankers were sold to Palmali Shipping for $190 mn.
