OREANDA-NEWS. OAO Stroytransgaz opened a branch in the city of Oudomlya,  Tver region. The branch was established for performance of obligations under the project for construction of power generating unit No 4 at Kalininskaya Atomic Power Station (APS).

FGUP NIAEP is a General Contractor of the project for enlargement of Kalininskaya Atomic Power Station.

OAO Stroytransgaz, as a main contractor carries out construction and assembly works at installations of a start-up complex of power generating unit No 4, i.e. reactor compartment, turbine island, water pipelines, catch-water drains, etc. Electric power capacity of the unit under construction will make 1000 MW, heat power – 232 MW. The project is realized within the federal target-oriented program “Development of atomic power industry complex for 2007-2010 years and for the prospects till the year 2015” against the order of the Federal Agency for Atomic Energy (Rosatom).
