OREANDA-NEWS. Mineral Fertilizers JSC has acquired 3.15 percent of shares of Mineral Fertilizers JSC (Perm). However, neither SIBUR Group, nor any its affiliates made efforts to expand the share holding or conclude other deals with Mineral Fertilizers JSC shares. At that SIBUR is still interested in expanding its stake in this asset.

SIBUR – Mineral Fertilizers JSC was established in 2006 following the resolution of SIBUR Holding JSC Board of Directors as part of the company’s structure optimization. SIBUR – Mineral Fertilizers JSC is a 100% subsidiary of SIBUR Holding JSC that incorporates Azot JSC and Orton JSC (Kemerovo). In 2006, Sibur produced 1.4 mln t of mineral fertilizers.
