OREANDA-NEWS. AT Consulting group of companies (Russian Federation) and Alliance Bank (Republic of Kazakhstan) have launched installation of a joint project targeted for creation of a corporate data warehouse. Within the framework of the project the Bank is planning to install a solution which will enable generating all the required reporting in accordance with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Creation of the corporate data warehouse was preconditioned by a rapid increase in the client database of the Bank coupled with an enlargement of the range of the services provided by the Bank, which required installation of the reporting system able to sustain a successful business growth, as well as automate the processes of submission of regulatory and statistical reporting. It is anticipated that this step will allow the Bank to optimize the deadlines for submission of the reporting and simultaneously improve its transparency and quality as well as lower the workload pressure on the transactional systems and the personnel.

In order to fulfill this business task, AT Consulting has been selected, since it has an extensive experience of installation and maintenance of the data warehouse in financial organizations. AT Consulting consultants will be responsible for installation of the data warehouse which will become a unified system for preparing all the regulatory, management and analytical reporting.

At the first stage it is planned to conduct full deployment of the project IT infrastructure and development of the required reporting forms. Data warehouse will ensure integration of basic accounting systems and be the main source of consolidated information about the Bank’s operations. Special educational program will be developed for the Bank’s employees, which will enable for effective application of accounting instruments from the very launch of the database. Analytical reports and data mining will be prepared at the other stages of the project. Both informational and business parts of the database will be supported at all the stages.
