OREANDA-NEWS. Deputy of RT Gossovet, General Director of JSC "Tatenergo" Ilshat Fardiev was handed it by the head of the Council of Mufti of Russia and the mufti- Chairman of the Clerkly Office of Moslems of European part of Russia, and sheikh Ravil hazrat Gainetdin. Order "Al-Fahr", established by the Board of Mufti of Russia in 2003, is the supreme Moslem award in Russian Federation. They were awarded to President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev, Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov, President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbaev, President of Bashkortostan Murtaza Rahimov, Governor of Tver region Dmitri Zelenin and General Director of JSC "Tatneft" Shafagat Tahautdinov. No doubt, Ilshat Fardiev, famous in Republic for his charity is the honored follower of these noble people list.

Moslem Order of Honor was awarded to the head of Tatarstan power holding "for big input in expansion of national, cultural and holy traditions, for support of program, aimed at development of soul and moral value of Islam". Awarding the order, the head of Russian Moslems Ravil hazrat Gainetdin truly thanked Ilshat Fardiev " for big generous heart" as well as the related people and wished the Holding further prosperity.

Ilshat Fardiev, in his turn, thanked the Russian mufti for attention to Republic, city and the deeds by power engineering specialists and staff of the power holdingа – for readiness to do them. At the start of the year in the settlement Urussu of Yutaza region of Tatarstan the female medrese named after Fanis was opened by General sponsor of construction in person of General Director of JSC "Tatenergo" Ilshat Fardiev. Chairman of the Clerkly Office of Moslems of RT - mufti Gosman hazrat Iskhaki highly appreciated this holy act. In the letter of thanks on the name of Ilshat Shaehovich he expressed the warm appreciation for big contribution in educating the growing generation on the high moral standings and wished well in each endeavor. This very man is You with Your personnel", - the lines are addressed by the management of "Tatenergo" to Yutaza Invalid Society signed by the Chairman of regional VOI О.Soloviev, appreciating the help from the power engineering specialists.

The free help to children communities, hospitals and schools, support of sports – are the part of the Republican power engineering specialists activities. The many years the mangers of the power companies carry the title "Human – Golden Heart" for results in Republican competition. Young specialists render address help to orphanages and boarding houses on the place, hold the charity actions, gather the clothes, toys, books for the poor people, give concerts and performances.

On 8 June by initiative of General Director of JSC "Tatenergo" in Naberezhnye Chelny was held the forum of charity by the power engineering specialists. In the course of the Forum attended by over 600 staff of the power companies, were collected over 80 thousand rubles. They were used for the needs of the sixth division of Chelny infection hospital where live the homeless children, of rehabilitation center "Asyltash", that cared for over 1,500 children, for kindergarten "Cockerel" of Komsomolski district and Menzelinskс correction boarding school for children with deviation in development, that became the only home for orphans from entire Republic, who are devoid of life and nature joys.

Under Tatenergo supervision Menzelinsk special correction school for orphans with deviation in abilities since 7 years old, since by offer of the General Director Ilshat Fardiev, Deputy of Gossovet of RT, was organized the Trustee Council for rendering support to the boarding school. In 2001 with the help of the power engineering specialists the obsolete building was renovated here, the bath-house was repaired, the furniture was replace... Over two million rubles were allocated for interior repair. Ilshat Fardiev was the first to declare that practically each entity, company, village and entrepreneur rendered help to Menzelinsk boarding school.

We have always been engaged in charity, and will do it in future with pleasure and from the soul - Ilshat Shaehovich said at the opening of the renovated premise of Menzelinsk boarding school commenting the deeds of the power engineering specialists. "Everything that is done by man for leaves a trace on the Earth, - quoted he the Muhammad prophet, in the hope that Menzelinsk orphans will remember this bright day and wished them to stay alert.

Children of the power holding are also given care – each year they go to healthy care camp to . Gelendzhik on the Black sea coast. This summer only over 260 children rested there. Children of the power engineering specialists can cure resting with parents in sanatorium "Golden Spike" in Sochi or sanatorium "Balkysh" of JSC "Tatenergo", located in picturesque forest 20 km off Kazan. For rendering help to staff of the power system that are sick or disabled because of the accident, and to those who train the disabled children, three years ago in JSC "Tatenergo" the charity Foundation "Care" was founded, to which the one-day salary of staff of the holding companies is transferred.

In June last year Ilshat Fardiev gave to Zainsk invalid society 12 universal prams for their social adaptation. The 25 more prams and 2.5 th. rubles to each as in Zainsk, were given to disabled people of Nizhnekamsk region. The charity deed was held inside the holding "Tatenergo": of the collected by power engineering specialists to Foundation "Care" money for parents of disabled children up to 18 y.o. the 10 thousand rubles as material help for the total amount of over one and half million rublesей.

Apart from sponsorship, under the supervision of Ilshat Fardiev for the several years the noble work is done, namely, the provision the disabled labor staff with orders, and this gives them the money for living and the sense of demand by society and belief in the tomorrow. Among the suppliers-producers of the uniform and footwear for the power engineering specialists are the "Kazan Combine of Outworkers, LTD", "Almetievsk Social-Rehabilitation Company of All Russia Society of the Deaf, LTD" (ASRCARSD) and–Labor Shop (HLS) at Kazan Psychiatric Regime Hospital of Ministry of Health Care of Russia.
