OREANDA-NEWS. MIRAX GROUP Corporation has started a project entitled “Professional Winner”, the aim of which is to find top managers to implement new development projects in Europe and Russia. Vacancies have been declared for four vice-president positions with annual salary of $250 thousand and for ten manager positions with annual salary of $100 thousand.

An ideal candidate is an energetic, creative, successful person with experience of conducting his or her own business, aspiring to new heights and possessing a large potential for implementing unconventional tasks.

The competitive selection will be conducted in two stages. First, the candidate must fill in an application and take a test at the site www.mirax.ru (click the banner of the “Professional Winner” project. The full link is www.mirax.ru/winner). At the second stage the candidates having passed the preliminary selection will be invited to Moscow, where they will take part in an unconventional business game under near extraordinary conditions.

The most outstanding and talented participants will be invited to an interview with the members of MIRAX GROUP Board of Directors.

Yanina Tverskaya, Director of MIRAX GROUP Personnel Department: “The objectives of the contest are not easy, but achievable. For this project we decided to use a whole system of selection methods used in the area of human resourses management: on-line testing, active methods, business games, cases. Due to the employment of a creative strategy incorporating all these methods, the candidates for management positions are offered an opportunity to reveal their talents multiple times and in numerous ways”.

Elena Tsaritsentseva, MIRAX GROUP psychologist: “One of the ideas underlying the “Professional Winner” project is the assumption that the highest results in life are achieved by people with pronounced achievement motivation. If such a person is told that victory is impossible, she will never give up, but will still keep looking for alternative ways to achieve her intentions.
